These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between RM Sourcing,\u00a0a division of NextLevel Limited,\u00a0a company registered in Hong Kong,\u00a0and its clients.\u00a0By engaging RM Sourcing\u2019s services,\u00a0the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

RM Sourcing provides sourcing and logistics services to assist clients in procuring products from China. Specific services and their associated fees will be detailed in a separate quotation or agreement.

3. Client Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The client is responsible for providing accurate product specifications, obtaining necessary permits, and timely payment of fees as outlined in the quotation or agreement. The client must cooperate fully with RM Sourcing to ensure the smooth execution of services.

4. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All intellectual property rights related to the products remain the property of the client. RM Sourcing will treat all confidential information provided by the client as confidential.

RM Sourcing’s liability for any claims arising from the performance of its services shall be limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information disclosed by the other party during the course of their business relationship.
